🕒 Return Window
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
✅ Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
- In original packaging (or similar protective packaging)
🔄 Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for U.S. orders.
If you need a different size or style, just start a return through our portal and select exchange. Inventory is subject to availability.
💸 Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Please allow:
- Up to 2 weeks for processing after we receive your return
- 3–5 business days for funds to appear after processing
🧼 Underwear & Hygiene Policy
For sanitary reasons:
- Underwear may be returned or exchanged for store credit only
- Items must still meet all eligibility requirements (unworn, tags attached)
🎁 Promotions & Free Items
If your order included a free item or promotional product:
- It must be returned with your order to receive a full refund
- If not returned, your refund may be reduced by the value of the item
🚫 Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final sale items
- Mystery items
- Gift cards

- Free return shipping for U.S. exchanges
- Return shipping fees may apply to refunds unless otherwise stated

- All returns must be submitted through our return portal
- Returns sent outside the system may not be processed
- Processing times may increase during high-volume periods
