🕒 Return Window

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.


✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging (or similar protective packaging)

🔄 Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for U.S. orders.

If you need a different size or style, just start a return through our portal and select exchange. Inventory is subject to availability.


💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Please allow:
    • Up to 2 weeks for processing after we receive your return
    • 3–5 business days for funds to appear after processing

🧼 Underwear & Hygiene Policy

For sanitary reasons:

  • Underwear may be returned or exchanged for store credit only
  • Items must still meet all eligibility requirements (unworn, tags attached)

🎁 Promotions & Free Items

If your order included a free item or promotional product:

  • It must be returned with your order to receive a full refund
  • If not returned, your refund may be reduced by the value of the item

🚫 Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale items
  • Mystery items
  • Gift cards

📦 Return Shipping

  • Free return shipping for U.S. exchanges
  • Return shipping fees may apply to refunds unless otherwise stated

📍 Important Notes

  • All returns must be submitted through our return portal
  • Returns sent outside the system may not be processed
  • Processing times may increase during high-volume periods
